Hi, I’m Ashley Jo! With over a decade of experience in community mental health, I’ve worked alongside individuals with autism, ADHD, and those navigating life’s messier moments. I believe healing happens in connection whether that’s within your relationships or right here, in the therapeutic space. I use DBT methods and polyvagal theory (feel free to google more about those or we can talk more about those when we meet!).

My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I do believe in showing up as a real person and helping you do the same. Therapy is a process that doesn’t always cure, but it can absolutely heal. It can also be a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected for who you are not just for how you adapt.

So! Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of things, I’m here to walk with you judgment-free, occasionally with snacks and jokes, and always with intention.

Stephanie is currently accepting new clients. Accepting individual and active sessions.

Hey, I’m Stephanie and I believe therapy doesn’t always have to happen sitting on a couch. Sometimes the magic happens when we’re outside, having real conversations while moving your body, breathing fresh air, and yes, touching grass.

With a background in both clinical practice and professional training and education, I bring years of experience to the therapy space along with an excitement for movement, nature, and helping people reconnect with themselves. I specialize in working with clients who are ready to put themselves back on the priority list, get clear on their boundaries, and build lives that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable.

I’m all about holding space for you as the whole human you are. I’m not here to “fix” you I’m here to walk alongside you (sometimes literally), helping you tune into you. Whether we're in the office or taking our session outdoors, therapy with me is active, collaborative, and designed to meet you where you are without pressure or pretense.

Outside of sessions, I’ve spent years training fellow clinicians and leading workshops on self-care, burnout prevention, and the power of embodied practice. Therapy should feel as dynamic and alive as the people in it.

If you’re ready for a new kind of therapy that invites movement, honors your boundaries, and makes space for humor and humanity you’re in the right place.
