Couples therapy sessions are a space where both partners can show up, be heard, and reconnect with the help of a supportive guide. Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, trust issues, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck in old patterns, couples sessions are designed to create clarity and deepen understanding.

We don’t take sides or assign blame. We focus on helping you understand the dynamics at play in your relationship and develop practical tools for navigating your shared experiences.

Couples Session

Active sessions can take your therapeutic experience to the next level. These sessions blend traditional talk therapy with movement - walking, running, yoga tailored to your needs and comfort level. The rhythmic movement of walking or running can help you process your thoughts and emotions in a way that can allow you to unlock new perspectives and deeper understanding. This is a great option if you might feel more open when your body is in motion, are feeling stuck, or just have a hard time sitting still in the more traditional therapy chair (especially after a long day sitting in virtual meetings). How ever we’re moving, it becomes a tool for awareness, regulation, and emotional release.

You don’t need to be athletic, flexible, or have any prior experience, just a willingness to try something different. We’ll move at your pace.
